Fears Watch Redcliff Edwin Edition.
Edwin Fear, our eponymous founder, was born on 21st December 1823, so this year marks the 200th anniversary of the year of his birth and we were keen to commemorate this important milestone with a special watch.
As it was the original Redcliff model that Edwin’s great-great-great-grandson, Nicholas Bowman-Scargill, chose to re-established Fears Watch Company with in 2016, this felt like the most appropriate tribute to commemorate the legacy of Edwin.
Whilst the Redcliff 'Edwin Edition' retains many of the hallmarks of the original Redcliff series it is distinctly different at the same time. The crisp white numerals give a classic look that with it's glossy black lacquer dial combine to create a dress-style watch with an equally contemporary feel - an elegantly understated timepiece that Edwin certainly would have been proud of.
