Product Details
+The Zodiac Sea Wolf is among the first purpose-built diving watches ever produced, alongside such legends as the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, the DOXA Sub 300, and the Rolex Submariner.
Released in 1953, the Sea Wolf was from the outset an affordable skin diver meant for the masses. However, today’s Super Sea Wolf is a chronometer-certified monster that’s water resistant to 200m! Handsome, robust, well designed, and affordable, it deserves to be on the radar of any serious diver or watch aficionado.
This particular piece, dating to the 2020s, has so much of the vintage charm of a 50s or 60s diver combined with a contemporary, almost streetwear vibe that makes it a totally unique package. It makes extremely interesting use of colour, with teal markings on the bezel and date window, red lume plot surrounds, a yellow outer scale, tri-colour handset, and a charcoal checker dial.
If you're a sneakerhead, then this amalgamation of tones and patterns should be familiar. This is an uncommon aesthetic for a wristwatch, and that what we love about it. Despite its good looks, the 21st century dive watch accoutrements aren't lost in its design with a 200 meter water resistance rating and robust case build.
This piece is part of a limited edition of 182 pieces made for Worn & Wound. The watch is outfitted with a sapphire crystal and signed crown.
This watch comes complete with its box and papers and a number of other exciting pieces of memorabilia. For the lover of dive watches, this piece is an incredible offering
